About Hand of Grace

A community of care, built around practical action.

Our journey began with a simple goal: bring hope and support to people who need it most. Today, that purpose guides food relief, education, health outreach and essential support across our communities.

Serving from Ekiti State, Nigeria, with an international support presence in Salmon Arm, British Columbia, Canada.

Our story

Local relationships. Practical support. A growing standard of trust.

Hand of Grace Charity Kitchen Initiative exists to serve people facing hardship through organised, compassionate and community-led action. The legacy archive records work across food support, education, primary healthcare, school supplies, clothing and care for vulnerable people.

The new platform strengthens that history with clearer programme ownership, controlled beneficiary records, stock-linked distribution and public reports that donors, partners and grant makers can understand.

Mission

Turn compassion into practical support that protects dignity.

We mobilise food, essential items, education support, community health and caring partnerships for people and households facing vulnerability.

Vision

Communities where essential needs do not prevent people from moving forward.

We want every programme to provide immediate relief, strengthen hope and leave a record that can be trusted.

Who we prioritise

Support shaped around people facing the greatest barriers.

These five groups were identified in the earliest Hand of Grace beneficiary framework and remain central to programme planning.

  1. 01Children and young people
  2. 02Elderly people
  3. 03Widows
  4. 04Displaced people
  5. 05People living with disabilities

What guides us

We record, reconcile and report what is received, distributed and completed.

03

Compassion

We respond to real needs with care, respect and practical action.

04
