Privacy

Collect less. Protect more.

Hand of Grace is designing its new platform around data minimisation, restricted access and respectful public reporting. A complete privacy notice will be published before beneficiary data collection begins.

Our design commitments

  • Only information necessary to operate approved programmes will be collected.
  • Beneficiary identities and precise household locations will not be published.
  • Operational consent and optional media consent will remain separate.
  • Access, exports, corrections and sensitive actions will be audited.
  • A full retention schedule and data-rights process will accompany the production launch.

This page is a product-stage notice and is not the final legal privacy policy.

Beneficiaries

Private by default

Names, contact information, unique IDs, eligibility information and collection histories remain inside authorised operations workflows.

Donors

Clear choice

Donation records, receipts and communication preferences will be used only for giving, reporting and consented engagement.

Public reports

Anonymous evidence

Published impact uses aggregated totals, approved locations and non-identifying evidence unless separate media consent exists.

Staff access

Least privilege

Every role receives only the access required for its work. Sensitive exports, corrections and approvals are audited.
