01Our flagship food programme provides staple food items, meals and household support through community distributions, while building a more dependable community food-bank model.
02We help children participate more fully in school by providing bags, books, writing materials, meals, welfare assistance and access to educational opportunities.
03Working with qualified professionals, Hand of Grace supports basic screenings, consultations, health education and preventive care during organised community outreaches.
04We provide short-term food and essential relief to people affected by illness, displacement, economic hardship or another sudden crisis.
